A leading company in the beverage industry is seeking a Merchandising Manager to manage a team of Merchandisers in Dallas. The role involves overseeing in-store product merchandising, team coaching, and budget management. With a focus on execution across large format stores, candidates with relevant experience and leadership abilities are encouraged to apply.
The Merchandising Manager’s main priority is managing and leading a group of Merchandisers that are accountable for in-store execution through merchandising products to the shelf, displays, and cold equipment in large format stores. The Merchandising Manager will also be responsible for coaching and developing their respective teams. Additionally, the Merchandising Manager will be accountable for managing labor hours within a set budget.
