Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Merchandising Manager to define and execute its product strategy, assortment, and supplier relationships to drive revenue growth in the promotional products industry.

The role demands deep market insight, strong analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to keep offerings competitive and profitable. Occasional travel and daily management of vendor resources may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience within the promotional products industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with suppliers preferred.
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term merchandising strategies, defining product categories, target markets, and growth opportunities.
• Curate and manage a diverse, competitive product line, identify trends, innovations, and new product introductions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and promotional support.
• Utilize sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decisions, optimize product performance, and identify profitability drivers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure integrated strategies and cohesive customer experiences.
• Facilitate iPVP specific Webinars
• Maintain Supplier resources, flyers, self-promos and discounts held within internal systems
• Provide creative input and facilitate all orders for the Anniversary Program, Specialty Mailings, and Events.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as business needs evolve, at the direction of management.

PurposeThe Merchandising Manager is a strategic manager responsible for defining and executing iPROMOTEu's overall product strategy, assortment, and vendor relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance customer value in the promotional products industry.
