You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest ready through replenishment. Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products with strong merchandising sense.
• Excellent organization, priority-setting and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• History of retail merchandising and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects AE Brand Standards.
• Execute Floorsets and coaching the Floorset team with clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AE Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture that recognises team wins and focuses on guest experience.
• Ensure store safety on Salesfloor and Stockroom and follow shrink-reducing strategies.
