Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Oakwood is seeking a full-time associate to deliver member service, guide purchases, and maintain clean, organized sales floors at our Oakwood, GA location.

You will help members with self-service technology, assist with decisions, stock merchandise, and support safety and processes across shifts. Competitive pay ranges from $21.00 to $29.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs.
• Guide members on self-service technology and product choices.
• Assist with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues per company guidelines.
• Supervise associates in area by assigning duties and providing feedback and training.
• Stock and organize merchandise, maintain sales floor, and process claims/returns.
• Support safety and compliance, including forklift procedures and hazardous materials handling.
• Assist in creating efficient processes and improving operations with management feedback.
