Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required, with emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs.
• Assist in supervising associates and training staff on service procedures.
• Stock, merchandize, and maintain sales floor according to Walmart/Sam's Club policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance, handle returns and claims, and assist with Open Door Policy.
