You will focus on merchandising and freight processing, supporting all store functions and daily operations. You will help ensure safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
