Job summary

Walmart is seeking a member-focused associate for our Apple Valley store. You will acknowledge members, identify their needs, guide self-service technology, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues while promoting Walmart products and services.

You may assist in supervising teammates, scheduling, coaching, and training to uphold service standards, while stocking and merchandising to ensure a clean, welcoming floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, including hiring and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and guiding self-service technology.
• Assist with supervising associates and communicating goals and feedback.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain the sales floor and displays, following company policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Open Door Policy and related procedures.
• Lead teams, provide feedback, and assist in scheduling and training to ensure high service standards.
