Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
• Offer guidance on self-service technology and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise, resolve member issues, and promote Walmart and Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist management with supervising associates and training on processes and procedures.
• Maintain sales floor, stocking, pricing, and merchandising per policy.
• Ensure safety, handle claims, returns, and maintain cleanliness and display standards.
