Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated and visible in stores. The role requires regular lifting and movement of cases, driving to accounts, and maintaining brand standards in diverse environments.

Youll work with store staff to optimize shelf presence and ensure accurate rotation, freshness, and backstock organization.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle for work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers with full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and review code dates at each visit.
• Pull and report damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas and ensure displays meet brand standards.
• Support in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager and customers to address product availability.
• Other duties as assigned.
