Walmart Inc. at Sam's Club location in Indianapolis is hiring for a Full-time associate. You will provide member service, assist with purchases, and help customers navigate self-service technology and product choices.

The role includes supervising other associates, stocking merchandise, and maintaining safety and store standards while supporting a customer-first culture across departments.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding purchases and assisting with self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, scheduling, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation; stock, price and organize product displays and handle returns and claims.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, conduct safety checks and report unsafe conditions.
