Responsibilities

• Provide member service by greeting members and identifying needs, offering guidance and support.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train staff, and ensure member issues are resolved per policy.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation, conduct safety checks and ensure cleanliness and accessibility of displays.
