Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and ensuring customer service standards are met. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.

Manages inventory by receiving supplies, organizing the sales floor, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Ensures product quality, handles claims, and maintains visual merchandising standards.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with team members, and promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards. Leads team activities, supports change, and fosters a culture of respect and integrity.

Delivers excellent customer service, drives results, and seeks continuous improvement through learning and innovation.
