Job summary

Admiral Beverage seeks a Merchandiser to display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases and on the sales floor. You will arrange products, place pricing/signage and ensure displays follow approved plans.

You will collaborate with store staff to maximize visibility, move stock to prevent shortages and contribute display ideas while following management guidance.

Responsibilities

• Arranges products according to plan approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures or floor.
• Transfers product to floor displays to meet Sell By dates and minimize stockroom.
• Orders product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Originates display ideas or follows Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager guidance.
• Communicates daily with store personnel on service or product needs.
• Assembles display aids from POS materials.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

Merchandiser: Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store by performing the following duties.

• Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
• Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.
• Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicates effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
