Job summary

Admiral Beverage is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to showcase beverage products in Mesilla Park, NM. You will set up displays, ensure correct pricing and signage, and move stock from the back room to on-floor displays while respecting sell-by dates.

You will partner with Merchandiser and Sales Managers to plan and execute display ideas, maintaining strong daily communication with store personnel to meet product needs and maintain shelf integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to arrange displays according to prearranged plan or supervisor-approved ideas.
• Good communication with store personnel to meet service/product needs.

Responsibilities

• Display beverage products on shelves and fixtures.
• Place price and descriptive signs on products and fixtures.
• Move products from stock room to floor displays while following Sell By dates.
• Order products for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Develop display ideas or follow Merchandiser Manager/Sales Manager direction.
• Coordinate daily with store staff regarding service and product needs.
• Assemble display aids using company POS materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Description

Primary Location:

Mesilla Park, New Mexico

Merchandiser: Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store by performing the following duties.

Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.

Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.

Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.

Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.

Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.

Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.

Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
