Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Analyze product assortments, customer trends, and category performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-impact merchandising initiatives.
• Track sales, margin, and other key performance indicators to uncover growth opportunities.
• Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that inform business and merchandising strategies.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, merchandising, finance, analytics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data to make decisions.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to take ownership of projects while working across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in retail, consumer behavior, category management, planning, or financial analysis.
