Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Solon, OH store to drive merchandising execution and store operations. You will lead truck processing, planogram sets, pricing integrity, and promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready environment.

The role requires strong workload planning, inventory management, and team leadership to ensure store standards and sales readiness. Nights, weekends and early mornings are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and planogram sets.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute ad sets with compliant, customer-focused product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
