Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a vital link between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring displays, pricing, and signage are accurate so products are easy to locate. You will create safe, visually appealing setups and may interact with customers when opportunity arises.

Most work focuses on merchandising tasks with occasional customer questions; you’ll listen, explain product or warranty details, and help locate merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, or displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
