Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate, aiding customer navigation. You create safe, visually appealing product displays with limited customer interaction, stepping in when questions arise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects according to Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; place displays correctly.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
