Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role connects Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in every Lowe’s store. You’ll help create eye-catching displays and implement plans that showcase in-demand products, while supporting the Merchandising Services Team.

You’ll manage signage, pricing, and product placement, engaging with customers when needed. This role offers a set weekday schedule, health insurance options, tuition assistance, company matching 401(k)

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage throughout the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and complete.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
