Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe’s stores. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible for customers.

Most duties are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and sharing product or warranty information. This role supports a weekday schedule and offers comprehensive associate benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage; maintain digital signage information.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
