Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or >25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage and maintain digital information across the store.
• Ensure prices and labels are visible and up to date.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
