Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate supports store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and visually appealing product displays. You’ll work behind the scenes most of the time, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise to answer questions or locate merchandise.

You will help drive add-on sales through strategic product placement, maintain planograms, and coordinate with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store objectives and support customer experience.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information throughout the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Staging and rotating displays to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and schedules with Merchandising Services Team.
