Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to help create eye-catching displays and ensure accurate signage in Lowe's stores. You will work with Merchandising Services and Store Operations to improve product visibility and customer experience.

The role mainly involves in-store merchandising with occasional customer engagement. You will implement planograms, verify prices, and support project execution across departments.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
