Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure our store signage, pricing, and product displays are accurate and easy to locate. You will create safe, visually appealing displays that customers can access, with most tasks involving non-customer-facing work.

You may engage customers when opportunities arise and support the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are important; there are occasional shifts and potentially weekend if

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update signage and product location signage, and digitally maintain information.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged signs or displays as needed.
• Communicate project priorities with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
