Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role located in a Lowe’s store focuses on keeping signage, pricing and displays accurate to help customers locate products easily. You will build eye-catching displays and support strategies that showcase in‑demand items.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding product locations. Weekend shifts may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Maintain wayfinding and signage updates across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with Merchandising Services Team.
