Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays across our stores. You will create eye-catching product displays, support customers when opportunities arise, and maintain visual standards to help shoppers locate items easily.

You will spend much of your time on merchandising tasks with occasional customer interaction. The role offers a weekday schedule, health benefits, tuition support, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs; provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital records store-wide.
• Ensure product pricing is visible; replace missing price labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; keep displays in correct locations.
• Repair or replace damaged items, signage, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
