Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support the Merchandising Team with billing implementation, cost changes, and data integrity across our East Coast base. You will handle customer contracts, monitor invoices, and assist in developing merchandising plans with attention to accuracy and detail.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and daily customer communication. Travel is not required; first shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer contracts by monitoring outbound costs and ensure competitive pricing for customers.
• Assist in processing cost changes and invoicing with accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor billings including flyers, deposits, and customized deals weekly.
• Review item and vendor attributes for data quality and correct setup to ensure accurate orders.
• Communicate with customers daily and support merchandisers with weekly tasks and merchandising plans.
