Nordstrom is seeking highly motivated summer interns to join our merchandising organization in Seattle. As a Nordstrom Merchandising Intern, you’ll be a dedicated student and valued team member, with potential to join Nordstrom full-time after graduation.

Interns will learn the role of an entry-level merchant by working with expert buying teams, develop customer insights, and complete an independent project to present to leadership. Housing is provided for those outside Seattle.

• Active college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field, with expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.

Asan intern, you’ll…

• Be assigned to a specific buying squad and participate as a member of theteam

• Be a student of the business regarding effective analysis and decision making to improve department performance
• Learn the role of an entry level merchant by working shoulder to shoulder with our expert buying teams
• Work on an independent impact project to present to the buying and leadership teams
• Attend executive speaker events with plenty of opportunities to ask questions

• Are an active college student enrolled in an accredited institution and working toward a bachelor'sdegree in Merchandising, Business, or related field, and will graduate in 2026or 2027
• Are able tocommit to a full-time schedule
• Are able tomove to Seattle for the duration of the 10-week summer internshipandwilling to relocate to Seattle ifoffered full time employment following graduation

The 2027 summer internship program is 10 weeks and will take place June 14th - August 20th in Seattle, WA. Housing will be provided for individuals living 30 miles or further from the Nordstrom corporate offices. Interviews will take place in November 2026. We anticipate hiring decisions being made by January 2027.

The hourly pay for this role will be $25.00

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

$22.75 - $37.50 Hourly
