The Merchandising Coordinator will serve as a product expert, maintain critical product information, and support cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Training, Operations, and Suppliers. Applicants should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SmartSheet. Able to create spreadsheets, manage versions and know basic formulas and functions.
• Proficient in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert to support all departments with product-related questions.
• Partner with Marketing and Training teams to keep product information current across website and materials.
• Maintain merchandising documentation as the primary source of information.
• Gather and maintain competitive pricing and product offering data, analyze findings, and present to the team.
• Produce and disseminate the department's monthly sales dashboard with key insights.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to coordinate initiatives and drive alignment across departments.
• Participate in daily Oversold meetings, manage related communications, and validate messaging.
• Communicate with suppliers about product information and merchandising initiatives.
• Coordinate and place product orders for beta testing, line reviews, and display needs.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes and use AI-enabled tools to enhance work.
• Support Merchandising and other functions as needed based on priorities.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and accuracy.
