Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, process purchases, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing checkout duties, and supporting merchandising and safety protocols across the sales floor. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule is required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles transactions.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes products for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Supports and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
