Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Highlands Ranch, CO to join our store leadership team. You will assist the Store Manager in guiding a dynamic team, focusing on merchandising and freight processing to meet daily goals.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage warehouse and sales floor duties, with a hands-on approach to safety and customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable (bathrooms, floors, trash).
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow and merchandise planning.
