The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to policies, strong communication, and the ability to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store environments for customers and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and areas.
• Ensure positive, safe interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Assist with freight flow and merchandising.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels with sales-effective items.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
