Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering positive experiences for the communities we serve. The role focuses on merchandising and processing freight to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.

You will assist with daily store functions, open/close procedures, and asset protection while maintaining a safe, friendly environment and strong customer interactions.

Competenze

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Mansioni

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
