Fanatics Commerce in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Merchandise Admin to ensure precise product data and smooth vendor collaboration across leagues and categories. You will manage item setup, data accuracy, and day-to-day operations while delivering a standout fan experience through data-driven decisions.

In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with buying, traffic, and operations teams, maintain UPCs and site descriptions, and support data cleanup and process improvements using ERP tools like Oracle,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in merchandising, eCommerce, or admin support.
• Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/PLM systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date product data including UPCs, site descriptions, costs, and attributes.
• Assist with new product creation and PO creation, tracking orders and delivery.
• Coordinate with buying, traffic, and operations to ensure timely product delivery.
• Support data clean-up and process improvements using ERP tools.
• Provide vendor support with clear communication and issue resolution.
