Total Wine & More in the United States is seeking Merchandiser team members to enhance the shopping experience, manage inventory, and execute displays. You may also take on sales, front-end, or other duties as needed.

Internally called Merchandiser, you will report to store management and support digital operations including curbside pickup. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years retail experience preferred, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, stand 8-10 hours daily; lift 50 lbs; perform physical tasks.
• Safe operation and compliance with company policies and traffic/safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, and creating displays.
• Deliver personalized customer service and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery operations, including driving if required.
