Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• Collaborative, results oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in standard PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Standard work hours 8 AM – 5 PM with potential adjustments.
• Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operation at assigned Bunge location, promoting safety culture.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Gain knowledge of domestic and international cash grain and grain product marketing, trading and flows.
• Develop understanding of elevator, milling and oilseed processing operations.
• Assist in evaluating changing crop and market conditions.
• Work in a team to develop strategy and problem-solve.
• Assist in managing customer relationships, contracts, logistics and data analytics.
• Complete special project requests as assigned.
• Respond to inquiries from supervisors or mentors to demonstrate comprehension.
• Travel to other Bunge locations or events for instructional purposes.
