Keurig Dr Pepper in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor to lead a team of 22-28 merchandisers at the Las Vegas facility. This on-site role supports stores in Las Vegas and surrounding areas and requires managing schedules and routes.

The position includes recruiting and developing staff, ensuring POS execution, and driving customer service while maintaining pricing standards. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift and move materials are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, inspecting POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and high levels of customer service.
• Ensure company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.

Job Overview

Merchandiser Supervisor for Las Vegas, NV

Details

• This position will be based out of our Las Vegas, NV facility; supporting customer's stores in Las Vegas and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of 22-28 Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with weekends required (one day off on weekend, one day off on weekday)

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere toKDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
