Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor for Greater Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas. The role leads a team of merchandisers, ensures POS execution and pricing initiatives, and routes coverage across Northern Arizona.

Based out of Tempe, AZ, you will recruit, train and develop staff while maintaining cost-effective operations and strong customer service. Requirements include 3 years of merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, inspecting POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and high levels of customer service.
• Ensure pricing is properly displayed and provide coverage for vacations.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

Job Overview:

Merchandiser Supervisor for Greater Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

• This position will be based out of our Tempe, AZ facility; supporting customer's stores in Northern Arizona and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with weekends required

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere toKDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

Total Rewards:

• $62,500 - $69,000 / year
