Keurig Dr Pepper in Redlands, CA is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of 17-20 merchandisers across a multi-city area including Victorville and Barstow. The role focuses on executing POS initiatives, route planning, and maintaining high service standards while managing costs and pricing display.

This on-site position requires 3 years of merchandising experience, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

Details

• This position will be based out of our Redlands, CA facility; supporting customer's stores between Victorville, Big Bear Lake, San Bernadino, Helendale, Phelan, Hesperia, Crestline, Barstow, CA and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of 17-20 Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with Tuesday and Wednesday off
