Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor for Cedar Rapids, IA to recruit, train and lead a team of 24 merchandisers, ensuring POS execution and accurate pricing across stores in Cedar Rapids and surrounding IA communities.

Based at our Cedar Rapids facility, the role monitors merchandising standards, routes merchandisers for sales and deliveries, and collaborates with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities while upholding excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Merchandiser Supervisor for Cedar Rapids, IA

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

Details

• This position will be based out of our Cedar Rapids, IA facility; supporting customer's stores in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Iowa City, IA and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of 24 Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

Total Rewards

• $62,500-$73,500 / year
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
