About the Role

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Both part‑time and full‑time positions focus on merchandising responsibilities, and you may also be assigned sales, front‑end, or other responsibilities as needed. Internally, you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Place signage and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store, curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other tasks as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and traffic laws.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Compensation

Worker Type: Regular
Pay Range: $17.86 – $21.43 hourly
