Join to apply for the Merchandiser/Stocker - Hub role at O'Reilly Auto Parts

Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor. May also serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.

Essential Job Functions

1. Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
2. Check in, price, and put up stock.
3. Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
4. Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, etc.
5. Update all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs are in place.
6. Remove sale materials when sales end and restore original pricing.
7. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
8. Work with management to complete store To Do List and team weekly tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security.
9. Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
10. Clock in/out as per company policy.
11. Coordinate with ISS, pull and stage installer deliveries, and communicate with delivery personnel and store management.
12. Ensure completion of vehicle inspections and maintenance for delivery vehicles.
13. Maintain housekeeping duties for back room and installer areas.

Duties

May serve as HUB Store Order Puller, involving:

• Receiving orders from area stores and pulling parts quickly and accurately.
• Sorting parts by store location and inspecting for damage.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, Abilities

Required: Good aptitude for number sequences and organizational skills.

Desired: Previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly preferred).
