Compensation Pay Range: $17.87 - $24.50

The actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums, which may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor.
• Serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores if needed.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock items; make display changes; update pricing and signage; and ensure sale materials are in place and removed when sale ends.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with store management and delivery teams for deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized back room and installer areas.
• May serve as HUB Store Order Puller, pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets for delivery.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Preferred: Previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
