Job Responsibilities

1. Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor. May also serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.
2. Greet customers and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
3. Check in, price, and display stock; make display changes; update pricing; ensure sale signs and flyers are in place; and remove sale materials when sale ends.
4. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, overstock returns, and store to-do lists.
5. Act as security and deterrent against shoplifting.
6. Coordinate deliveries, stage installer deliveries, and communicate with delivery staff and store management.
7. Perform housekeeping duties in back room and installer areas.
8. May serve as HUB Store Order Puller: pull parts quickly and accurately, inspect items, and prepare for delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and organizational skills.
• Desired: previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
