Compensation Pay Range:
$11.13 - $20.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Keepthefrontfloorareastocked,fronted,andclean;stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the salesfloor.Mayalsoserveasstockpullerforinstallerarea in large installer volume stores.

Checkin,price,andputup stock.
Keepmerchandiseonthedisplayfloorfronted,full,andcleanonadaily basis.
Makedisplaychangesaccordingtocompanyguidelines,planograms, etc.
Makeallout-frontprice changes.
Makesureall"sale"signsareinplace,salesflyerrack isstocked,andmaintainsufficientquantitiesof sale merchandise on display.
Removeallsalematerialwhensaleendsandrestoreoriginal pricing.
Assistwithstockadjustments,cyclecounts,andoverstock returns.
WorkwithmanagertocompletestoreToDoListandTeamWeekly tasks. Actasmainshopliftingdeterrent/frontfloor security.
AssistwithO’ReillyImageMaker responsibilities.
Clockin/outaccordingtocompany policy.
WorkingwithISS,pullandstageinstallerdeliveriesfordelivery specialist.
CommunicationliaisonbetweenISS,deliveryspecialistsandstore manager.
Assistwithdeterminingmostefficientandsafestroutesfordelivery specialists.
CoordinateandensurecompletionofquarterlyvehicleinspectionsandmaintenancewithISSand delivery specialists.
Housekeepingdutiesforbackroomandinstallercounter areas.
MayserveasHUBStoreOrderPuller –Pullingpartsquicklyandaccuratelyfrom pick ticketsand prepare for delivery to stores serviced by the Hub store.Duties may include, but not limited to:
ReceiveordersformareastorestobepulledandshippedbydeliveryoutoftheHub store.
PullpartsquicklyandaccuratelyaslistedontheStockTransfer ticket.
Sortpartsbystorelocationandplaceintubtobe delivered.
Inspectanyboxesthataretornoroldtoensurepartisingood condition.
Keepaclean,safework area.
Operateinasafemannerforthebenefitofselfandothers.Maintainawatchfuleyeforunsafe practices and situations.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Goodaptitudefordealingwithnumbersequences,goodorganizational skills.
Previousstockingexperience,abilitytodriveamanualtransmission vehicle.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
