Job Responsibilities

1. Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor.
2. Serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.
3. Greet customers and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
4. Check in, price, and display stock.
5. Maintain merchandise on the display floor, make display changes, and handle pricing and signage.
6. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
7. Work with management on store tasks and security.
8. Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
9. Coordinate deliveries and maintain back room and installer counter areas.
10. May serve as HUB Store Order Puller, pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and organizational skills.
• Desired: Previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
