Job Responsibilities

1. Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; greet customers on the sales floor; and serve as stock puller for installer area in large stores.
2. Greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
3. Check in, price, and display stock; make display changes; update pricing and sale signs; and ensure sale merchandise is properly displayed.
4. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, overstock returns, and store tasks.
5. Act as security and deterrent against shoplifting.
6. Coordinate with ISS and delivery specialists for deliveries, routes, and vehicle maintenance.
7. Perform housekeeping duties in back room and installer areas.
8. Serve as HUB Store Order Puller: accurately pull parts from pick tickets, inspect, and prepare for delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and aptitude for handling number sequences.
• Preferred: previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, bilingual (Spanish highly desired).
