Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Merchandiser – Product Stocker in Aurora, CO. You will stock shelves, create displays, and manage back‑stock to boost shelf presence and brand visibility at local grocery stores.

You will operate powered and manual equipment, maintain safe store environments, and ensure premium beverages are available for customers. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend and holiday work required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves.
• Build creative displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store.
• Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back‑stock in a safely accessible way.
• Ensure consumers have access to premium beverages by setting aside any product not fit for sale.
• Operate powered equipment (e.g., powered pallet jack) and manual equipment.
• Clean and organize shelves or aisles each day to maintain a safe environment.
