Job Overview:

Merchandiser for Greater McMinnville, TN

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

• Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicles to travel among stores; products are delivered in advance to stores.
• A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in/out and mileage tracking.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Start at 6:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required, with scheduled days off on Wednesday and Sunday or Wednesday and Thursday
• Flexibility for overtime as needed

Total Rewards

• Starting pay at $19.13/hour, increasing to $20.09/hour after 6 months
