As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and more. Growing sales for Premium clients is the goal, achieved through various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?
- Locate merchandise in store backrooms or stockrooms to place products on the floor.
- Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers.
- Front face products to keep shelves attractive.
- Receive marketing materials at home and deliver them to stores.
- Install and place promotional materials following instructions to highlight client products.
- Set up and maintain displays throughout the store.
- Reset displays or product areas as needed, including full remodels or shifting products on shelves.
- Use Premium’s field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and report progress.
- Take photos of completed work to showcase your success.
- Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your assigned area.
How will you succeed?
- Work independently in stores while building relationships with store staff.
- Own your stores as the face of Premium, becoming a trusted resource through relationship-building.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
- Share best practices and support with the nationwide merchandising team via social media and other channels.
- Seek assistance from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
- Complete work within the scheduled timeframe.
- Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure quality results.
- Report your work on the same day of completion.
